Social Gravity's clients tell us all of the time they wished they knew what customers felt about their business.  We have a proprietary application allowing subscribers to create surveys about their products and services on the fly.  If you are a restaurant owner, it only takes a few seconds to create a survey to give to a diner about what they just had for dinner.  That's right, a real-time survey about a customer's experience while they are still experiencing it.

Social Gravity will store this information in a database to be accessed and used to provide everything our clients need to know to make their customer's relationship with them personal.
